With 25 years in corporate, Fiona Walsh has seen her fair share of bad slides. As an IT Manager/Trainer, she became the primary go-to person for help with anything PowerPoint related. She set up Empower Presentations to provide bespoke PowerPoint training to organisations. She loves it when a client gets an ‘aha’ moment as they realise there’s a more innovative way to do something, and it will save them time. She is passionate about teaching people how to create slides that are fit for purpose and engaging. She also focusses on presenting confidently, including best practices in the boardroom, at a conference, or online, for example, with MS Teams. Fiona, based in Ireland, is a certified Microsoft Master Trainer and former Director of Education for the Presentation Guild (a global organisation for presentation professionals).
She is a C-Suite Executive Assistant with over 23 years of experience supporting teams and leaders across industries. Her passion lies in transforming executive support into a proactive business partnership, elevating the role beyond traditional expectations.
As an EA: She is a hands-on strategic partner who helps executives work smarter by solving problems, streamlining processes, and driving real results.
As a Mentor: She helps admins step up, build their confidence, and stay ahead by sharing practical advice and real-world strategies.
Beyond her EA role, she is a speaker, mentor, and co-host of The Crodie Files Podcast, where she shares insights on leadership, career development, and the evolving role of assistants in the modern
workplace. She is a strong advocate for visibility and personal branding, empowering administrative professionals to step into their full potential and confidently showcase their value.
She also runs Aspire & Achieve, her mentoring program designed to help assistants take control of their career progression, develop leadership skills, and position themselves as strategic business partners. As a member of The PA Show Advisory Board, she continues to champion the profession and create opportunities for others to thrive.
Pascal is an expert in empowering managers to effectively navigate toxic personalities. As a former introverted IT enthusiast, he overcame numerous challenges to become a respected senior manager by finding his voice and establishing boundaries. Along his personal and professional journey, he encountered and mastered the art of dealing with narcissistic personalities, enhancing his ability to handle such individuals. Today, Pascal is a certified psycho-social coach who seamlessly integrates his leadership expertise and life coaching techniques to support others in their personal and professional growth.
