About

The 9th Global Executive Assistant Hybrid Summit, 23-24 November 2021 is a two days in-person and virtual conference and exhibition designed to host 1,000+ executive assistants, personal assistants, virtual assistants, office managers, and HR business partners.

The volatility of the business world is bringing a lot of extra work and responsibilities to everyday life; how are you managing the stress? Do you enjoy working in that environment, or are you looking for tips that can help you find that ideal work/life balance?

Or maybe you’re working on being antifragile? The antifragile concept was developed by Nassim Nicholas Taleb, and it’s a property of systems in which people increase in capability to thrive as a result of stressors, shocks, volatility, noise, mistakes, faults, attacks, or failures.

It’s high time to get together and embrace the power of the assistant community, learn more about the antifragile concept, hybrid ways of working, mastering time management, and how to employ EI’s fundamentals to shape the relationship with your executive and their team.

If you have missed traveling and networking in person, then we’re excited to welcome you in beautiful Barcelona at #VLAssistant. After the summit, you will receive a digital certificate of attendance to highlight the expertise you’ve gained from the event.

Develop your excellence! Join us at this two-day hybrid summit with training sessions from the world’s top coaches:

  • Lucy Brazier
  • Mehmet Baha
  • John Tomlinson

What our
participants
are saying

Very well organised event, with a user-friendly interface and a broad spectrum of content, that was interesting and useful, in the practical sense. Really enjoyed it and it was definitely time well spent. I have learned new ways of using everyday tools, that will enable me to save time and work more effectively in a few clicks, and to how to be more mindful in an increasingly busy environment. Thank you.

This is the first seminar I have attended. Travel to and from physical meetings I have always found off putting. I would definitely think about joining another virtual meeting. I found something to take away from all the presentations, I found that some were more appropriate to me and my situation. This I expect is the same for all participants. Congratulations to the speakers and the organisers I thoroughly enjoyed the two days.
