PETER GITZ

EMEAR Leader Workforce Experience

Cisco

As the EMEAR workforce experience leader at Cisco, Peter Gitz is responsible for helping customers connect the dots between their business strategy and the practical application of digital technologies to improve their business results. Peter and his team understand that digital transformation starts with the workforce experience. When you create better experiences for your employees, they will be more engaged, deliver better service to their customers, and your business performance will improve. By partnering with customers, Peter helps them understand the opportunities and designs a digital transformation journey that effectively integrates technological innovation, space design, and policy/process changes to build a better employee experience leading to a more engaged workforce. Next to that, given that real estate and facility services represent one of the largest overheads for the majority of organisations, there is the potential for astronomical cost-savings by organisations right-sizing their portfolios.
