For nearly 25 years, learning and development have been the main focus of Dr. Samineh Shaheem's career in a deep and deliberate manner, through the application of psychological and adult educational principles and practices.
As Dean and Executive Director of Graduate Programs at an international business school, Samineh merged and managed the kaleidoscope of her experiences in order to inspire, educate, and transform countless lives by helping both staff and students progress toward their potential.
Furthermore, Samineh's reach and impact extend across multiple continents through different dimensions. For close to seven years, she was a co-host on a talk radio show called “Voices of Diversity” and had a monthly column in the largest circulating newspaper in the Gulf region, called “Psyched Sundays”. She has published several books and articles, is a senior research fellow, and regular keynote presenter at conferences and Tedx speaker.
Sabine Karunanithy has a bachelor’s degree in international business and management, a master’s degree in human resource management and she completed a master’s program for change management and business coaching. Furthermore, she completed NLP training and emotional intelligence certifications.
Sabine has 11 years of experience working in the field of human resources. She was based in Gibraltar and Berlin, with studies in South Korea and China. Her focus areas are organisational structures in the early stages and the development of leadership and staff. She is a business coach and a Master NLP Practitioner.
Sabine built up HR processes and structures in four startups in Berlin. Starting from scratch, she shaped all relevant HR processes, policies, and internal communication guidelines.
Sabine led teams across countries up to sizes of 20 people. Throughout her career, she worked closely with C-Level members, founders, and other senior management, and she was a member of the management team in each company.

Faten is a certified HR member as Regional HR Head in the Middle East Region with more than 15 years of experience covering HR operations, HR strategy, organisational business partner, performance management, HR planning and analysis, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, resilience and change management, HR policies and procedures,
compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, and leadership role in developing culture.

Jude Barak is the founder of Excel Leader and co-founder of NonDataPeeps.com. For almost a decade, Jude has worked with C-levels and entrepreneurs in creating businesses and data-based presentations.
She uses her skills in business data analysis, her expertise in presentation design, and her passion to find insights into complex data. She especially likes to teach and speak in front of “data people” that need to present to “non-data people” – and vice versa.

Shaimaa Shaltoot has been in the NLP coaching field since 2018 and has coached so many clients with different issues. Sally has solid experience and strong knowledge as a Strategic HR Business Partner and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lead in a business-driven operational and multinational corporate environment. She's an expert in talent review, succession planning, and conducting training sessions.
Sally has a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Sharjah University and a master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Wollongong.
