Pascal is an expert in empowering managers to effectively navigate toxic personalities. As a former introverted IT enthusiast, he overcame numerous challenges to become a respected senior manager by finding his voice and establishing boundaries. Helen Monument inspires and encourages Assistants to be the best they can be, by sharing over three decades of experience as a leading management support professional. At her company Monumental Assistance Helen provides training and coaching to Assistants at all levels. Nicky Christmas is the Founder of The EA Campus, a global platform supporting Executive Assistants to develop the skills, confidence, and strategic mindset needed in a modern workplace.
She began her career as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders in a global insurance organisation, before launching Practically Perfect PA in 2011 to address the lack of professional development resources available to Assistants at the time. The platform quickly became a leading voice in the industry, helping to reshape how the role is understood and valued.
With over 15 years of experience working with Assistants around the world, Nicky is known for her practical, forward-thinking approach to topics such as AI, productivity, communication, and strategic partnerships.
