Fiona holds an MSc in Digital Innovation from University College Dublin. She also has an advanced diploma in Coaching with Neuroscience and diplomas in ICT Teacher Training and Project Management.

Fiona became a Microsoft Master Instructor in 2008 and specialises in PowerPoint. When Fiona trained to become a Microsoft Office Specialist, she found it difficult to get examples of using specific functionality in the real world. This prompted her to focus on a different aspect of PowerPoint training. She starts with the end result and trains users to get there.

Fiona also provides slide design and template services, allowing her to stay up to date with the latest functionality and become adept at using the new features in Office 365

Patricia completed two internships at Voith GmbH and did an Erasmus in Karlsruhe, Germany. She gained experience as an Executive Assistant (with a focus on marketing) and Marketing Manager in Germany and Spain. Patricia is currently working at PwC Deutschland GmbH in Munich as an Executive Assistant. She’s passionate about intercultural communication and relations.
