During the 25 years at Tetra Pak, Rosi had the opportunity to cover quite diverse roles in different parts of the company. After 10 years, first as Automation Engineer and then as Project Manager for the development of new products, he moved to Product Management where he first managed part of the packaging portfolio of the company and then directed a team of Product Managers responsible of managing the portfolio of the key components of Tetra Pak’s packaging solutions.

Rosi moved then to the after-sales business where he worked for 3 years as Business Development Director for Tetra Pak Services for Europe & Central Asia. Presently he is Director for the Project Portfolio and PMO in the global Development & Engineering organization.

Having started his career as a researcher and university lecturer, Oleg Chtchetinine then moved to project management, where he had worked for a few large, internationally renowned companies in the field of energy generation, both leading the projects as large as 200 MUSD himself and managing the groups of project managers. Recently Oleg has refocused on the training, sharing his 20+ years experience and expertise in project management with the growing generation of younger professionals. Oleg holds MSc and PhD in Electrical Engineering and has been qualified as PMP.
